And so this is Christmas and what have we done. - That's as far as I go with the song but if you take a look at the page showing the pictures that have been on this page in 2003, I think you will agree that there are some good ones. I will be away for Christmas but I would like to thank everyone who has let me use their shots on this page as well as all the friends and family who have appeared here. I will update the page when we come home, sometime around new year depending on the weather.

While I am in the thanking mode I should thank all those who have given me support this year, especially at the start when Liesl and I (mostly Liesl) were caring for Tierney during her fight with Cancer. You will be pleased to know that we went to Great Ormond Street last week and she had a full check up. The doctors are very happy with how she is doing and she is progressing well. Although it will be a long time before we think of her as a "normal" child, I no longer think of her as a girl with cancer or recovering from it I think she is now making up for lost time having had cancer. She has started to do the things you would expect of a 15-month-old girl and you would be amazed to see how fast she can get a whole pack of tissues out of the box or how far she can spread the contents of dogs water bowl. I'm not going to name names and you know who you are; thanks for everything.

Once again thank you all for encouraging me with this site and I look forward to showing off more of our work (that means you need to keep sending them in) next year.
